Let me start by telling you some quick facts: I was born in Madrid, Spain, graduated in Marketing and worked for the biggest entertainment companies in the World over the course of the past 15 years. Won awards, created world-class marketing campaigns and walked the red carpet with celebrities.
I moved to London nearly a decade ago, where I also graduated as Life Coach and I have since been helping people live a happier, meaningful life, and businesses thrive by empowering and re-energising their employees.
That’s what I do, in a nutshell. However, if you’re still reading this, I’m sure you want to know more than what is written on my CV, here it goes!
I’ve got a zest for life, for living it to our best, for developing ourselves and never stop learning and evolving. I believe we all have the power to achieve whatever we want in life, if we put our hearts and minds to it.
I am also an eternal, unashamed and helpless optimistic. I am passionate about people, their journeys, their dreams and desires. I love, and guess always had, helping people. Truly and actively listening to what they had to say, with no agenda, and trying my best to help them achieve whatever they wanted to.
I love all things creative and take pride in presenting new ways of seeing situations, solving problems or coming up with solutions and opportunities. Thinking outside the box some call it, I like calling it seeing the fun, different side.
As for my own journey… a few years ago I reached a point where my promising career was just not enough. I had everything (on paper). I had it all… except I really didn’t have it all. I realized I was making enough money to not have to look at my bank account at the end of the month, I had a house, a car and lovely friends…which I never got to see or enjoy life with because I was too busy.
So, I took a break, quit my job and went travelling. Met wonderful people around the world, saw some of the most beautiful places on earth and mostly learnt to be in the moment, enjoy what I had and got to really know me. I made a truthful, direct connection with my heart and soul. I transformed myself and became a more grounded, happier and self-aware person.
Then I came back home, to a country deep in the economic crisis. Far from bringing me down, I saw this as an opportunity to carry on with my own development and enriching my personal journey; which led me to England, where I live to this date and where I have found the love of my life, formed a family and establish a business and life I love.
Some call it being lucky, I like to call it being brave - listening to my inner voice and heart and embarking on an unknown journey without knowing what was ahead took all the guts I could ever tell, but, paraphrasing Lao Tzu “A transformational journey begins with one step”, and I just took it.
