As I sit here just after 6am I can’t help but think “What a bizarre year 2020 has been”

I bet, like many of us, right about this time last year I was looking at the year ahead, thinking about all the things I wanted to do and be. Setting goals, drafting plans....and then March came around and changed the way we live, for good.

Lately I've discovered the power of meditation. It's not that I didn't know of it before or haven't tried it, it's just that it's only now that has clicked for me.
Suddenly it made sense, the breathing, the mind wandering, the sounds, the focus and attention, listening to my body....

As we are in the hight of the Summer, and as I love this time of the year!, (being Spanish you would see why summer is a huge part of my life!) I kept on thinking about the good old days in the sun, practicing one of the hobbies I love the most - Scuba Diving!

Now, the sun has always been a huge part of my life, represents not only light but energy. Makes me happy and come to life!

I am not going to lie, it’s not all bed and roses …. Starting off with pregnancy, which in my case (twice!), was a right f****r (excuse my language).
It’s hard, it’s probably one of the toughest jobs on Earth, but it’s also – and by far – the most rewarding.

Oh man, crazy times we are going through right now. 

Covid19 came what feels almost overnight and changed our worlds, turned them upside down. 

Too many things to get our heads around to: not being able to see or hug those we love, not being able to go out (in some places not at all, here in the UK we can still go out once a day for our exercise fix), working from home, kids at home, and losing those we love too....
